Here is a breakdown of what goes into the KYC (Know Your Customer) process for Pre-Market Token Sales hosted on the SeedHunter platform.

If you are already signed up but wondering how to get the full benefits of the platform, you need to do one thing which is the one-time KYC. This ensures the safety of the platform for you and all other users. You will be asked to do the KYC once you want to get into a legal connection with a project for the first time. Please note that KYC is run by an external service provider (Synaps.io)

1- Navigate to “My Account” in the main menu and open the tab “KYC” at the top of the page.

2- Complete all verification steps, like document check, liveness check, and email verification. In case of problems, reach out to Synaps support using the “?” icon in the top right corner of the KYC window.
3- Wait for the final approval from Synaps. In case you are approved, that’s it!

4- If you got rejected you can check your KYC progress on My Account – KYC tab. If required, you can reach out to Synaps support to know the reason. You can access your KYC session using your “Session ID” displayed on the Project Page. Copy this character sequence and paste it into the following link in place of the YOUR_SESSION_ID placeholder: https://verify.synaps.io/?session_id=YOUR_SESSION_ID – this should re-open the KYC pop-up window, where you can click on “?” icon to contact Synaps.

means any of the following jurisdictions: Democratic People’s Republic of North Korea, Islamic Republic of Iran, Syrian Arab Republic, Myanmar, United States of America (including its territories: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), Nigeria, the Republic of Cuba, the Crimea Region of Ukraine, Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic regions of Ukraine, Sevastopol, People’s Republic of China (Mainland), Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, Kingdom of Morocco, Plurinational State of Bolivia, Panama, Afghanistan, United Arab Emirates, and any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable laws or regulations or any jurisdiction which is excluded by the decision of SeedHunter. For the avoidance of any doubt, SeedHunter reserves the right to amend the list of Excluded Jurisdictions for any reason at its sole discretion or decide for whatever reason to add any jurisdiction to such list.
